Today my dear friend, Kim (who is also a co-founder of MamaNurture), sent me an email with this detox relax bath recipe.
This week I have a cold/flu virus that has meant that I need to sleep lots, find sub teachers for my classes, drink tea and say “no” to things, (not easy for me).
Detox Relax Bath Recipe
- 1/4-1/2 cup sliced ginger
- 1 cup epsom salts
- 1 cup baking soda
- 2-5 drops lavender essential oil
Steep sliced ginger in boiling water for 15 minutes.
Add ginger tea mixture and the above ingredients to your warm bath.
